Customer Care Specialist – Aker QRILL Company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in international customer care and export operations to join Aker QRILL Company in Uruguay.
This role involves managing a regional customer portfolio, supporting Order-to-Cash and logistics processes, and ensuring accurate and compliant export operations within a highly international environment, where English is the daily working language.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and support the Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, billing, and coordination of goods dispatch.
Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Ensure adherence to export regulations, internal procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain ongoing communication with international customers and internal stakeholders, in English.
Handle customer claims and quality complaints in line with GMP and SOP requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to customer care and export processes.
Support quarter-end closing activities.
Essential Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Very good command of English, both written and spoken. This role requires daily interaction with international teams and customers.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in export order management, documentation, and customer-related processes.
Experience working with international customers and global communication.
Strong IT skills, including MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
Availability for occasional travel.
