Supply Chain Specialist – ERP Operations (Fully remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist with strong experience in ERP inventory transactions to support daily supply chain and inventory operations.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that ERP inventory accurately reflects physical inventory across warehouses and third-party manufacturers.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing inventory within an ERP system, working closely with warehouses, co-manufacturers, and Finance to maintain data accuracy and support audits.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with inventory held at third-party warehouses and co-manufacturers.
Record inventory movements in the ERP system as materials and products move between locations.
Create Assembly Orders in the ERP system based on production summaries and lot visibility reports from co-manufacturers.
Receive raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods against Purchase Orders in the ERP system upon physical receipt.
Perform ad hoc inventory adjustments to reconcile discrepancies between ERP records and physical inventory.
Coordinate with Finance, Warehouses, and Co-Manufacturers to ensure inventory accuracy and process alignment.
Perform monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Support financial audits and ensure compliance with company standards and inventory control procedures.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with ERP systems (inventory transactions, POs, assembly orders, adjustments, reconciliations), such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Inventory Management.
Experience working with warehouses and third-party manufacturers.
Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing or CPG environment.
Familiarity with audit processes or collaboration with Finance teams.
Microsoft Dynamics experience is a strong plus.

Working Conditions
Fully remote, based in Uruguay.
Monday to Friday, full time: 8:30 am – 5 pm EST.
Compensation
The selected candidate will be hired as an independent contractor.
Compensation, billing terms, and payment method will be agreed upon during the final stage of the process.
